Senior Executive
Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for salary management and reporting matters

2. Responsible for employment management and reporting matters

3. Manage and update employee information and personal files

4. Handle selection, recruitment, entry, resignation and resignation procedures

5. Implement and manage leave records and work attendance

6. Implement group HR, administrative and procurement policies and procedures

7. Coordinate performance appraisal, compensation and benefits management

8. Organize training programs, manage attendance, evaluate and generate reports

9. Handle employee benefits, grievances and consultations

10. Coordinate relevant communication between branches and headquarters

11. Handle procurement, registration and control of company procurement

12. Handle and propose company insurance, including group employees and general insurance

13. Control Purchase Requisition Form/Capital Expenditure Form/Quotation Comparison

14. Prepare and prepare documents for internal and external audits

Requirements:

1. Possess at least a postgraduate diploma, professional degree, human resource management, business studies/administration/management.

2. At least 2 years relevant experience

3. Familiar with local employment laws and regulations

4. Good oral and written communication skills

5. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

6. Team player with good problem solving skills

Qualification:

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
